Official name and origin
WillowHub Service is the registered trading name of the practice. The business was established in 2019 in London after two catalogue operators asked for the same thing: someone who could sit with marketplace exports and draw the story without burying them in dashboards they would never open again.
Early work focused on Amazon UK homewares and garden sellers. Word moved through seller meetups in Manchester and Bristol; by 2021 we had a repeatable scorecard format and a short list of marketplaces we know well enough to brief with confidence.
How we work
We treat marketplace seller performance analytics as a craft of reading periods, promotions, and stockouts together — not as a parade of vanity totals. Charts are drawn large and labelled in plain English. Sessions are conversation-first; the PDF exists so your warehouse lead and your ads buyer can argue from the same page.
