This Privacy Notice explains how WillowHub Service (“we”) processes personal data when you visit service-willowhub.click or enquire about marketplace seller performance analytics consultations.

Data we collect

• Identity and contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided).
• Enquiry content: marketplace, consultation type, message text.
• Technical data from essential cookies and, if you accept, analytics cookies (see Cookies).
• Engagement records: quotes, invoices, scorecard delivery notes, and correspondence.

We ask you to avoid sending special category data or unnecessary personal data about your customers inside exports. Prefer aggregated or redacted files where possible.

Purposes and lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries and delivering consultations — legitimate interests and/or contract.
• Invoicing and accounting — legal obligation and contract.
• Improving site reliability — legitimate interests; analytics only with consent where required.
• Marketing emails only if you have opted in — consent, which you may withdraw.

Retention

Enquiry messages without an engagement are kept up to 24 months. Engagement files and invoices are retained for up to seven years for accounting and dispute purposes unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics cookie data follows the periods in our cookies table.

Sharing

We use processors for email, hosting, and (if enabled) analytics. Processors act on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to establish legal claims.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses, supplemented as needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
