Who this is for

Independent and mid-size marketplace sellers on Amazon UK, eBay, or similar channels who already export order, traffic, and inventory files — and who want those files translated into decisions.

What you receive

• A seller scorecard covering traffic quality, listing conversion, contribution margin by SKU family, returns drivers, and fulfilment delays.
• Annotated charts built from your own period (usually the last 8–12 trading weeks).
• A live walkthrough of findings with space for questions from your operations or marketing lead.
• A short priority list: three moves for the next fortnight, three for the next quarter.

What is included

Export templates for the marketplaces we support, a prep call (20 minutes) to confirm the date range and catalogue scope, chart production, the 90-minute review session, and the written scorecard PDF within two working days of the session.

What is excluded

We do not rewrite listing copy, place advertising bids, or take over seller accounts. Account access stays with you; you send anonymised or redacted exports if preferred.

How it runs

1. You book a review date and send exports using our checklist.
2. We clean and chart the period, flagging gaps before the session.
3. On the call we walk the scorecard poster by poster — traffic, conversion, margin, fulfilment.
4. You leave with written priorities and optional follow-up booking for a Listing Health Check or Monthly Seller Briefing.

Preparation

Have order lines, traffic by ASIN/SKU, advertising spend if relevant, and returns reasons for the agreed window. Flag promotions or stockouts so we do not misread dips.

Pricing basis

Reviews start at £780 for catalogues under 150 active SKUs. Larger catalogues or multi-marketplace blends are quoted after a short scoping note.
