Services described online

Pages describing consultations, rates, and scorecards are informational. A binding engagement begins only when we issue a written quote or confirmation email stating scope, fees, and dates, and you accept that confirmation.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that marketplace exports and other materials you supply are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share them. You remain responsible for your seller accounts, advertising bids, listing content, and operational decisions following our briefings.

Intellectual property

Scorecards, charts, and written notes we produce for you may be used inside your business. You may not resell our templates, scorecard formats, or website content as a competing product. The website design, copy, and branding remain our property.

Liability

Consultations provide analytical interpretation of the data you supply. We do not guarantee marketplace ranking, sales volume, advertising results, or profitability. To the fullest extent permitted by law of England and Wales, our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access to systems, submit unlawful content, or use contact forms to distribute spam.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply if you engage as a consumer.
